Where can I see your prices?
Our prices are listed in the Online Shop. All prices include VAT.
Do you have a minimum order?
Individual customers can order as many products as they need. However, should you require over 24 x units then please contact us direct to discuss Wholesale prices.
Are the products displayed on the website in stock?
Everything on our website should be in stock, however, sometimes orders do cross with each other and we are unable to mark the items out of stock in time. If this happens we will notify you at the point of order so alternatives can be discussed.
What methods of payment do you accept?
You can use all major credit/debit cards and we accept Paypal.

Our aim is to despatch all
orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday) within 48 hours of receiving the
order, subject to stock availability and security checks. Orders placed after
14:00 or at weekends will be processed the next working day. For UK orders,
goods should normally be received within 5 working days. Overseas orders should
normally be received within 7 working days. We will usually use Royal Mail or a
secure courier service for delivery of goods to UK mainland addresses. Whilst we
will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will
not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please notify us as soon as possible either by telephone or email if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order and obtain a refund. We will attempt to deliver your order to your delivery address.
